Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
March 27, 2020 at 1:00pm. The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) announced that as of close of business ALL child care providers in the State must be closed. Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Family Childcare LLC will remain closed for the duration of this state of emergency. We will open our program as soon as permitted to do so. Effective July 11, 2020, all Maryland licensed/registered child care programs are able to provided child care services. The opening of a program is based on each individual over of his or her childcare program. All programs must abide by child care regulations and guidelines established in conjunction with the Maryland State Health Department regarding the CORONA-COVID19 virus.

**Upon Palmer's Heavenly Hearts reopening all children entering care for the first time or returning to child care program must have immunization records which meet the guidelines of the Maryland Department of Health. Each child must have at least one dose of each vaccine appropriate for the child's age and a schedule to complete required immunizations.**
